Specifically designed for Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOPs), BDD electrodes offer efficient treatment of refractory organic wastewater, such as pharmaceutical, dye, and pesticide effluents.
AOPs are chemical treatment technologies that degrade persistent pollutants by generating highly reactive species, primarily hydroxyl radicals (·OH). Their strength lies in the ability to non-selectively oxidize organic compounds, pathogens, and some inorganic substances—making them ideal for contaminants resistant to conventional methods.

BDD (Boron-Doped Diamond) Wastewater Treatment System:
The BDD-based wastewater treatment system uses electrochemical advanced oxidation (EAOP) with boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrodes to fully mineralize organic pollutants into CO2 and H2O.
The system consists of BDD anodes, a power supply, and a reaction tank. Treatment efficiency is optimized by adjusting parameters such as current density and electrolyte composition. It offers a green and efficient solution for advanced wastewater treatment.
